purple martin – japanese garden
This project included over 700 square feet of decking, a covered lounge/bed, a bridge over a stream/water feature and a covered swing. The swing was made with a repurposed porch swing that held sentimental value with the client. “Intention stones” were inset into the pathway to the lounge.
Brentwood – tree house
At the edge of the lowest deck is a gate to an oak leaf deck in a live oak tree.
Hollywood Hills – gated entry
Customer wanted an asian look. Greenery eventually filled in the perimeter.
Mt. Washington – main entry stairs
Replaced dangerous broken concrete stairs with redwood.
Echo Park – Bay window
Complete renovation of bay window including new windows, siding, interior bench and bookcases.
Los Feliz – Porch enclosure
Add some privacy and security to the front porch of the middle apartment along publicly accessed stairs. All wood construction.
Echo Park – gate and fence
Unusually large gates to spand 18′, made to articulate for smaller stored position footprint.
Silver Lake – Imaginarium
Built as a playhouse for a young boy, and future “tea room”-type space.
